If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on available refund options. Shipping fees may be refunded along with the amount paid for returned products where applicable.

Eligible refunds may be issued through Doha Clubs Wallet, refund voucher, or the original payment method, depending on the payment method used and the nature of the order.

Doha Clubs Wallet

The Doha Clubs Wallet may need to be activated to access refund amounts. Orders paid through cash or supported offline payment methods may be refunded to the Doha Clubs Wallet.

Refund vouchers

Refund vouchers may be sent to the customer registered email ID on Doha Clubs and can be redeemed against the same email ID. Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for products or services on the Site within the applicable validity period.

Card and bank refunds

If the refunded amount does not reflect in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification from Doha Clubs, please contact your bank for confirmation and assistance.

Failed or false delivery

For prepaid orders affected by failed or false delivery, refund processing will follow the applicable payment method and refund option available for that transaction.

Voucher limitations

Refund vouchers cannot be used from a different account. Doha Clubs reserves the right to vary, reject, cancel, withdraw, or terminate voucher operations at any time where misuse, unlawful use, or policy violation is suspected.
